01 / THE IDEA

A practical token.
Not a dollar promise.

A focused use case, a familiar network and a clear distinction between a token and a currency claim.

01

Contribution, recognized.

A simple way to represent team achievements and community participation with a shared token.

02

A focused token model.

Designed as an ERC-20 on Arbitrum One. The focus is rewards and transfers—not reserve management or yield products.

03

Independent by design.

USD is part of the project name, not a dollar claim. USDA does not promise a fixed exchange rate or fiat backing.

The initial concept is a rewards program. Each participating program sets its own rules; holding USDA alone does not create a claim on company funds.

04 / GOOD TO KNOW

Clear questions.
Direct answers.

What USDA is, what it is not and what to check before you interact.

Is USDA a stablecoin?
No. USD Arbitrum is an independent token project, not a representation of US dollars. The name does not establish a USD peg, reserve backing or a guaranteed right to redeem one USDA for one dollar.
What is USDA intended for?
The initial use case is a team rewards program: recognizing completed work and participation. Any exchange for company-provided rewards is governed by that program’s separate published rules, not by a universal dollar-redemption promise. Program details must be published before participation opens.
Is it an official Arbitrum token?
No. Arbitrum identifies the intended blockchain network only. USD Arbitrum is not issued, sponsored or endorsed by the Arbitrum Foundation or Offchain Labs, and it is not the ARB token.
What determines the market price?
If a market is established, price will depend on trades, available liquidity and demand. No price, yield or liquidity guarantee is offered here. Any treasury trading would be limited by available assets and would not create guaranteed dollar redemption.
Where can I verify the token and find its market?
Use the full contract address and the Arbitrum One network in the Token details section. Project and market links are published only when available. A shared ticker is not proof of identity. Wallet visibility and market-data listings are independent third-party decisions.

Risk disclosure

USD Arbitrum is a project identity, not a statement of affiliation, reserve backing or dollar redemption. A token’s name and ticker do not establish its rights or value.

Price and liquidity

A market, if established, may be thin or unavailable. Prices can move sharply and market-making activity cannot guarantee a price or an exit. Do not assume that a displayed USD value is an amount you can redeem or sell for.

Contract and operational risks

Smart contracts, wallets, network infrastructure and administrators can introduce risks. Source verification is not a security audit. Review the deployed code, supply, administrative privileges and distribution before interacting. Do not interact with a token whose full address has not been confirmed.

Separate program rules

Employee or community rewards depend on the rules and obligations of the relevant program. This website does not replace those rules and does not establish a universal right to exchange tokens for money, prizes or a fixed dollar amount.

Site privacy

This page does not request a wallet connection, private key, seed phrase or token approval. Its front-end contains no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party fonts or tracking cookies.

Your language preference is stored locally in your browser under “usda-language”. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser storage. The page does not send that setting to a project server.

A hosting provider may process technical request logs under its own configuration. External project and market links open third-party sites whose privacy policies apply separately. Any later addition of analytics, forms or wallet features requires an update to this notice.
